After hours and weekends orders may be left on our voice mail.
Orders are confirmed the next business day, web orders by e-mail, fax and voice mail orders by phone.
However you order we guarantee your satisfaction - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call: (800) 742-5841 within 30 days of receipt to get an Authorization Number to return the product. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, however, we cannot refund the cost of shipping it back to us.
